I’m the kind of person who wants to do it all (seriously, like becoming an F1 race car driver is somewhere on my to do list along with random things like pay off outstanding bills and get a hair trim).
My to do list will send even the most calm, organized Buddhist monk into an anxious spiral. So I tried something new, planning only for the week ahead and breaking my goals down into tiny simple forms of their former glorious selves.
This week’s goal is simply: trim hair. And yes you may go ahead and light the fireworks because i’m proud to say my hair is 2 inches shorter and my anxiety is borderline nonexistent.
